Legal examination of draft normative legal acts of St. Petersburg, establishing the procedure for interaction between the executive bodies of state power of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region in the preparation and conduct of joint tenders for the right to conclude concession agreements in respect of the object, parts of which are or will be owned by St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, as well as in the conclusion and execution concession agreements, prisoners based on the results of a joint competition (at the request of the Directorate for the Development of the Transport System of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region).
