Maxim Ali, Head of Intellectual Property and Information Law Practice at Maxima Legal, in his presentation spoke about current trends in regulation and protection of IT solutions. In particular, the expert considered the problem of "cancellation culture" in IT, legal aspects of the use of open source, as well as the current status of regulation of cryptocurrency and NFT.
