Natalia has a total of over 25 years of experience in legal consulting.

Natalia has substantial experience in international and Russian consulting on preparation and implementation of projects in the field of international investments, corporate law, real estate and M&A transactions.

In addition, Natalia is a well-known PPP specialist in Russia: she has participated in drafting a number of national (federal and regional) legal acts regulating the industry and led the team of Russian lawyers in the first PPP project in Russia – construction of the Western High Speed Diameter toll road in St Petersburg.

Consulting on commercial and corporate projects, including the creation of joint ventures with foreign capital, M&A, as well as corporate restructuring:

• Legal audit (due diligence) of the activities of the group of companies for the purpose of subsequent purchase or sale of the business.
• Full legal support of the activities of groups of companies (in the field of consumer goods production, automotive, pulp and paper industry, pharmaceuticals, construction, agro-industrial complex, oil and gas industry and others) on issues of international, commercial, corporate, administrative law, real estate, etc.
• Contractual work (contracts for supply, contract, construction contract, lease, provision of services, loan, pledge, license, investment, purchase and sale, concessions, agreements of intent and others).

Support of PPP projects (including concessions), improvement of legislation in the field of PPP in Of Russia:

• Support of the Western High-Speed Diameter project, including the preparation of a full package of documents for submitting an application for participation in the tender and a PPP agreement.
• Support of the Doraeroproject Institute in structuring the M4 Don paid droga project, including the development of a risk matrix.
• Structuring a Russian group of construction companies in order to build a more efficient corporate structure for the implementation of PPP projects.
• Participation in the development of draft amendments to the laws on PPP of the Leningrad and Novosibirsk regions.
• Consulting on PPP issues from the point of view of issues arising in the field of corporate finance and project financing.
