With more than 20 years’ experience in private practice, Sergei is recognised as a specialist in the areas of insolvency, representing clients in court proceedings and dispute resolution. In addition, Sergei has extensive experience advising on a wide-range of matters in commercial and corporate law and M&A transactions.
Prior to working at Maxima Legal, Sergei worked at a number of Russian law firms and for several years worked for a major consulting company heading its legal department.
Member of the National Association of Bankruptcy and Problem Asset Management Specialists Bankruptcy club.
Sergei was among the Russian experts interviewed by the World Bank for its annual Doing Business.
